The La Marzocco Leva X is a reinvention of the iconic lever espresso machines with a new eye-catching design and more ergonomic elements to improves the baristas working experience. Featuring cutting-edge technology, the Leva X encourages barista experimentation for the perfect extraction whilst the striking design is certain to became the centrepiece of any setting and a talking point amongst customers.
The barista is really able to take control of the extraction process from the pre-infusion pressure to the shot volume and extraction pressure on each individual group. This innovative espresso machine enables the barista to truly express their craft. The PID temperature control ensures improved temperature stability throughout the extraction process. The digital display for each group monitor real time extraction pressure, the pre-infusion, the extraction time as well a showing a visualisation of the pressure curve of the shot. There is the option to save and overlay up to 4 previous visualisations, as guides for futures extractions.
Performance is maintained and independent temperature optimised with independent boilers for each group. The steam boiler temperature is electronically controlled through the PID system. The coffee boiler features an advanced PID control which improves the thermal stability of the machine. Temperature stability is also improved though insulated boilers which also reduce energy consumption.
The exposed groups provide ergonomic use and workspace visibility. Being saturated groups they also ensure consistent thermal stability time and time again. The espresso machine is also able to be used with tall takeaway cups. The stainless steel portafilters and precision baskets are designed to improve cup quality and consistency. The performance steam wands are ergonomically designed to be cool to the touch.
